Small Meeting Requests

The 2013 ICBD meeting days are Thursday, June 13, 2013, through Sunday, June 16, 2013 and the ICBD evening events are tentatively being held Thursday evening from 7:15 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.  Satellite sessions are available and could occur on the nights of June 14th and 15th from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

To request a small event (NOT A SATELLITE SESSION), please click here and complete the request form.  All requests will be reviewed by the ICBD Business Committee.

Small events may include: advisory boards, meetings of investigator groups, organization board meetings that have restricted and defined attendance and company sponsored receptions that are open to all ICBD attendees.  Small events may be listed in the ICBD program.  Any receptions, hosted suite functions, or meeting (on or off site) must occur at the following times*:

*Thursday, June 13 prior to 5:00 p.m. or after 8:30 p.m.
*Friday, June 14, after 6:00 p.m.
*Saturday, June 15, after 6:30 p.m.
*Sunday, June 16, after 2:30 p.m.
*During the day, breakfast meetings must end before 8:30 a.m. and small (20 or less) working lunches may be scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.  on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
